The Equestrian Center, known as Spring Valley Farm at the Traces, is comprised of 2 barns with 20 stalls, a large heated/cooled tack room with washer/dryer, large sink for cleaning tack, refrigerator and bathroom facilities, (2) wash stalls, an oversized irrigated riding ring with jumps, private turn-out paddocks, and (2) 10 acre grazing pastures. The facility is professionally managed by our in-house staff, and offers lessons, show training, and you have the flexibility of bringing your own trainer for individual instruction. The equestrian facility is located directly across from the Foothills Equestrian Trail Association (F.E.T.A.) trail system, which offers miles of riding/driving trails, and just ¼ mile from Foothills Equestrian Nature Center (F.E.N.C.E.).

At The Traces, you can enjoy concierge boarding at our Equestrian Center, allowing you the freedom to work and travel with the assurance that your horse is receiving daily care from a team of qualified professionals.
